Welcome to Anki Green. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Anki Green, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our app.

Use of the App

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Distribute or resell the app
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Subscriptions and Payments

Plus Subscription

Anki Green offers an optional Plus subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Billing

  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription through the app settings.

User Content

Your Flashcards

You retain ownership of all flashcard content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you add to your decks.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to create content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains harmful or offensive material

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-created flashcards), is owned by Anki Green and protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
